Why I Started Summit IT Partners
I started Summit IT Partners because I’ve seen firsthand how many businesses—especially those without in-house IT—struggle to manage technology effectively. Over the years, I’ve watched teams lose time, momentum, and energy dealing with inefficient systems, patchwork solutions, and IT responsibilities they were never supposed to handle.
With 14 years in IT—including four years as Director of IT—I’ve worked both internally and with third-party providers. I’ve also worked with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and I understand their strengths and their limitations. Many operate reactively, only stepping in when something breaks. Some prioritize quick fixes or cost savings over doing what’s truly right for the business. I’ve even seen cases where businesses were misled about what was possible, simply because better solutions required more time or effort.
I knew there had to be a better way.
I launched Summit IT Partners to offer something different: honest, experienced, and strategic IT leadership without the rigidity of a traditional MSP. I’m here to help businesses build strong, scalable IT foundations—ones that reduce stress, improve workflows, and support growth.
